This project involved some extra carpentry work along with the painting. After power washing, we replaced the front staircase since it was dry rotted and needed to be rebuilt. We also did some structural repairs on two decks that were in rough shape - we added support beams and reinforcement to get them solid and safe again. The chimney needed some repair work where there were holes and dry rot. The entire house was peeling, so we scraped, primed, and back rolled everything. There was extensive caulking work needed as well. The homeowners had just installed new gutters they didn't want us to touch, so we carefully masked those off. We even power washed the roof and cleaned off all the moss. The homeowners were very happy to have their home completely refreshed and properly maintained.
