This North Tacoma craftsman home featured a classic off-white body with green trim and some nice brick accents. The property included a detached garage and a charming sunroom with individual pane windows. We started with a thorough power wash, followed by detailed caulking throughout. After scraping and priming where needed, we painted both the body and all trim work. The steep roof required extra safety precautions and some advanced ladder techniques to reach everything properly. We carefully moved some of the client's furniture and made sure to clean up all paint chips when we were done. The client was extremely happy with the results and mentioned she has some referrals for us as well.
