This equestrian property just had a comprehensive exterior refresh. We painted the entire house - both body and trim - after a thorough power wash and detailed caulking of all the siding. The project included miscellaneous wood and siding repairs to get everything looking perfect. The detached shop had garage doors that were peeling pretty badly, but we were able to restore them to like-new condition. We also stained the deck and repainted all the exterior doors. This is a long-time repeat client who we've worked with for many years.

This beautiful home sits on five acres and required quite a bit of work to get everything looking perfect. We started with a thorough power wash of the entire exterior, then moved into the various painting and staining tasks. The project included staining the deck, refinishing the front door with stain and clear coat, and painting the body with two coats of SuperPaint in eggshell finish - which gives nice durability with just a bit less shine than satin. We also painted all the peak accents in a separate color using SuperPaint as well. The house had some steep roofing areas and lots of detailed trim work, but we handled it all carefully. We worked around the client's furniture throughout the project, and when they wanted to make a few changes partway through, we were able to accommodate those requests as well.

This Preston/Fall City area home was pretty tall, requiring our 40-foot ladder to reach everything safely. We started with a thorough power wash, then scraped and primed the raw spots where the old paint was peeling. The project included two full coats of SuperPaint on all exterior surfaces, plus detailed trim work on the fascia boards, corner boards, and windows. The sloped terrain made things challenging, but we worked carefully around it. We also helped out by repairing some siding and fixing a few roofing shingles. Throughout the job, we made sure to protect the homeowner's landscaping and deck area. The homeowner was very happy with how everything turned out.

The property included a detached garage and a charming sunroom with individual pane windows. We started with a thorough power wash, followed by detailed caulking throughout. After scraping and priming where needed, we painted both the body and all trim work. The steep roof required extra safety precautions and some advanced ladder techniques to reach everything properly. We carefully moved some of the client's furniture and made sure to clean up all paint chips when we were done. This farmhouse-style rambler sits on a large property in Enumclaw and got a beautiful new look with our paint job. We painted the body in a nice off-white color and used Urban Bronze for all the trim, doors, and deck to create a sharp contrast. The project required a lot of caulking and prep work to get everything perfect, starting with a thorough power wash of the entire exterior. Some of their doors were brand new, so we used our modern sprayers to give them that factory finish look. We also coordinated with another subcontractor who was working on the landscaping at the same time, and everything went smoothly. The clients were super happy and excited to see the fresh new facelift on their home.
